Aurelian's Beloved

Ulpia Severina the surviving widow of the the late great emperor Aurelian. He was assassinated by a group of officers who had believed he had marked them for execution. 5 years is all he ruled but in this short time he reformed the currency, fed poor Romans, almost single handedly end the Third Century Crisis. Golden as his name implies, the rose is to commemorate Ulpia and Aurelian's short but impressive stead as a Roman Emperor.

Intention- Put this on a mantle, vanity, or even a side table.
